Plaintiffs entered into a contract with defendants for the purchase by the plaintiffs of certain real property from the defendants. Pursuant to the terms of the contract a deed was subsequently delivered. This action was brought seeking the rescission of the transaction upon the grounds of fraud and misrepresentation.
