The plaintiff corporation, successor to the Lenert Aircraft Corporation, brings this suit pursuant to Private Law 660, 79th Cong., 2d Sess., June 15, 1946, 60 Stat. 1227, which is quoted in full in the margin.1 As used hereinafter the word "plaintiff" refers also to the Lenert Corporation, before its name was changed to Zephyr Aircraft Corporation.
