Claimant alleges that he was injured on April 11, 1945. He filed no claim for compensation until April 12, 1948, some three years later. The only question raised on this appeal is whether the employer made an advance payment of compensation which excused the late filing. There is evidence that claimant appeared at the employer's first aid department complaining of a sore back. His back was rubbed and he was sent home in a company car with advice to see his personal physician...
