Appellee as plaintiff sought to recover possession of a house and lot in the City of Fort Smith; and from a decree allowing such recovery, the appellants prosecute this appeal. When_ appellee, E. O. Hanes, and Mrs. Ludie Frazier Hanes were married in 1907, Mrs. Hanes had three children by a former marriage; and these children are the present appellants.
