Eddy Lee Huff, deceased, was employed by the Southwestern Public Service Company as a lineman. Upon completion of the work week at Guymon, Oklahoma on Friday, November 24th, he signed the time sheet and was paid for his work. Huff's crew had instructions to leave Guymon on Monday of the next week and proceed to Carlsbad, New Mexico by company truck.
