GALSTON, District Judge.

This is a motion for reconsideration of my opinion rendered November 20, 1951, D. C., 101 F.Supp. 273, in which statutory injunctive relief was denied on the ground that the evidence failed to establish a boycott within the framework of Section 8(b) (4)(A) of the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C.A. § 158(b)(4)(A).
