The action herein was brought by plaintiff, the National City Bank of New York, against defendants Eduardo Valldejuli Puig and Enrique Valldejuli Rodriguez, on a promissory note executed and delivered to plaintiff by the first of said defendants, Eduardo Valldejuli Puig, as well as under a continuing letter of guaranty executed and delivered by the second of said defendants, Enrique Valldejuli Rodriguez and by thirdparty
