Order unanimously modified so as to fix counsel fee at $1,200, one half payable ten days after service of a copy of the order to be entered herein and the balance to be paid when the case first appears on the day calendar and to eliminate the provision restraining the defendant from prosecuting a divorce action outside this jurisdiction, without prejudice to an application by plaintiff for similar relief if facts arise warranting it and, as so modified, affirmed.
