Order unanimously modified by reducing the bond from $75,000 to $30,000 and by providing that it be conditioned upon a proper accounting by the surviving partner. The bond now provided for is, under the circumstances presented in this case, excessive. As so modified the order appealed from is affirmed, with $20 costs and disbursements to the appellant.
