ANGSTMAN, Justice.

Defendant was convicted of the crime of robbery alleged to have been committed on April 8, 1951, by forcibly taking $4 from Fred Meyer.

The evidence shows that the robbery was accomplished in an automobile owned by defendant. Meyer in company with Mr. and Mrs. Wade went to the Elmo Club in Billings for dinner. Meyer there met defendant and after dancing with her asked her to join the party which she did. Later they left to go to the Windmill...
