Order, so far as appealed from, unanimously modified by fixing the building value at $1,700,000 for each tax year herein involved and, as so modified, affirmed, with $20 costs and disbursements to the defendants. Upon the record before us we think that the value of the building should be increased by $100,000 for each of the years herein involved. Settle order...
