Defendants were charged with obtaining money by false pretenses on or about August 14, 1951, in that they defrauded the Elliott Seed Company of Billings of $239.60 by representing that a load of shelled corn which they sold to the seed company weighed 39,715 pounds, when in fact it weighed only 32,771 pounds, and that by these representations defendants obtained from the seed company and cashed a check for $1,370.16, when in fact they should have...
