Jean Heazle died November 3, 1949, leaving an estate consisting of land and cattle and horses in Owyhee County, Idaho, of the estimated value of $20,000.00. On November 9th, 1949, a nephew, William C. Heazle, filed a petition for probate of a will dated May 15, 1947.
