Determination of the Appellate Term reversing the order of the City Court, New York County, and granting summary judgment to the plaintiff, unanimously reversed, with costs of this appeal and with costs in the Appellate Term to the defendants-appellants, and the plaintiff's motion for summary judgment denied on the ground that there is a triable issue with respect to whether or not the plaintiff was a holder in due course.
