Upon reargument, the judgment in the action instituted by Rose Siegel unanimously modified by eliminating therefrom the decretal paragraphs which awarded defendant Charles Siegel a lien upon premises 1191 East 22nd Street, Brooklyn, N. Y., in the sum of $4,642.50 and directed plaintiff Rose Siegel to execute a mortgage on said property in the sum of $4,642.50 with interest at 47frac12;% for a term of five years and, as so modified, judgment is affirmed, with costs to appellant...
