On the evening of August 27, 1949, at about 11:00 o'clock, plaintiff Brandenburg while crossing Lindell Boulevard in the thirty-eight hundred block in the City of St. Louis, Missouri, was struck by a car driven by the defendant Kasparian and was injured.
