In view of the fact that this controversy involves a question as to whether certain leather delivered was "sportrust" in color and complied with the contract provisions, we think the court should have appointed at least two arbitrators familiar with the trade in such goods.

Order unanimously modified by remitting the matter to the Special Term for action in accordance with this direction and, as so modified, affirmed, with $20 costs and disbursements to the appellant...
