Floy Emily Brownfield, appellant, filed her complaint in the court below April 19, 1951, for damages for personal injuries resulting from a fall in respondent's store caused by defendant's negligence. Issue was joined, the case was tried to the court without a jury, and judgment was entered in favor of plaintiff and against defendant for $1,233.20.
