There are four complainant trucking companies against twenty-two respondents, two of which respondents are the United States, and the Interstate Commerce Commission. The respondents, other than the United States and the Interstate Commerce Commission, are alleged to reside in the Dallas division of the Northern District; Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; Tulsa, Oklahoma; Odessa, Texas; Kilgore, Texas...
