This is a law action to recover for death of plaintiff's decedent in a collision between a panel truck driven by him and a semitrailer owned by defendant Darling & Co. driven by defendant Sperfslage. The vehicles were traveling in opposite directions. After a jury verdict for plaintiff for $15,368, judgment was entered for defendants notwithstanding verdict on the grounds there was no evidence (1) the collision was caused by defendants' negligence...
