This is an action instituted under the Federal Tort Claims Act1 by the Administrator of the Estate of George Stekovich, deceased, seeking to recover damages for the death of said George Stekovich, which occurred by reason of an accident while he was a passenger in a Government owned vehicle. The facts are:
