The plaintiff sues to recover the purchase price of goods sold to the defendant.

On February 2, 1951, the defendant ordered 5,000 yards of lace from the plaintiff at $1.85 a yard for delivery within two weeks. It appears that the plaintiff regarded the contract as requiring the seller to make delivery at the buyer's place of business. On February 26, 1951, the plaintiff delivered the goods...
