This matter is before the court to review an order of the Referee in Bankruptcy authorizing the trustee of the Eastern Transportation Company, bankrupt, to abandon four obsolete, worthless wooden barges moored at their present location in so-called "dead" anchorage No. 8, Curtis Bay, Baltimore Harbor where there is a depth at mean low water of some 23 feet.
