Plaintiff, Ball, bought a new Buick automobile from defendant, Kohn, d.b.a. Paris Motor Company on July 19, 1950. Kohn is the authorized Buick dealer. He made no express warranty but simply placed in the pocket of the car the manufacturer's warranty.
