Percy A. Cannis brought this action to recover for personal injuries suffered by him in a collision between his automobile and a truck operated by Thomas P. Hamby, then working in the course and scope of his employment with the Di Salvo Trucking Company. The jury returned verdicts in favor of defendants. Plaintiff appeals.
