William A. Brodersen died on November 26, 1945. After his death two wills were produced, one dated September 11, 1939, the other September 17, 1944. Both of them were holographic. Leland B. Groezinger was named as executor in the 1939 will; in the 1944 will he and the respondent, Mildred F. Hartter, were named as coexecutors. Upon the joint petition of the persons so named both of the documents were admitted to probate as the last will of the decedent...
