Plaintiff, a sublessee of the defendant, recovered damages sustained in the conduct of her restaurant and grill business alleged to have been caused by defendant's failure to reasonably comply with its agreement to supply heat to the demised premises and in permitting the men's room of said hotel to which the defendant's patrons had access, to become unsanitary and unusable, and in permitting the ceiling of the demised premises to leak water into them.
