Appellee Clay Martin brought this suit to require appellant Gilbert F. Tugwell to specifically perform a contract to transfer to Martin fifty percent of the corporate stock of Batesville Truck Line, Inc. The corporation and its stockholders, including Tugwell, were made parties defendant.
