In May, 1925, an assignee of Dr. Ryan obtained a judgment against Mr. and Mrs. Martinelli on a claim for medical services. Succeeding judgments on the prior judgment were obtained in 1930, 1939, 1941 and 1947. On the last judgment execution was issued and levy made on the interest of Mrs. Martinelli in certain real property.
