Plaintiff in error Obie Johnson, defendant below, was charged by information in the county court of Carter county, Oklahoma, with having committed the offense of unlawful possession of intoxicating liquor, T. 37, § 31, O.S. 1941, on March 20, 1950. He was tried by a jury, convicted and his punishment fixed at 60 days in jail and a fine of $100. From that judgment and sentence he has perfected this appeal...
