Defendant Labrucherie appeals from that portion of a judgment which decreed that plaintiff recover from Labrucherie $5,200 as damages for nondelivery of dairy cattle and equipment, and $350 for rental. Plaintiff appeals from the entire judgment, which, in addition to awarding plaintiff recovery of the $5,550 mentioned, denied him recovery of other items of damage which he claimed against both defendants.
