Plaintiff Lawrence Senecal, a ten-year-old boy, was injured on June 24, 1950, when he was struck by an automobile on the Plattsburgh-Saranac Lake highway near Plattsburgh. The principal question is whether he was struck by the defendant's vehicle or some other. Defendant's testimony is that some object struck the door of his car in the general vicinity of the place of the boy's injury. The jury has found a verdict in favor of the defendant.
