This case concerns a life insurance policy. The policy was taken out in January, 1942, by Edward F. Weller. In May, 1948, he was killed as a result of the crash of an airplane of which he was the pilot and sole occupant. He had been taking flying lessons and was on a solo cross-country training flight in the course of those lessons. The Insurance Company paid the amount of the reserve on the policy ($571.60) but declined to pay the remaining...
