Claimant was a resident of the State of Pennsylvania and was working there for a man named Lauffenburger. Lauffenburger entered into a contract with the Hallen Company, Inc., the employer, to act as a field manager in New York and other States. By the terms of this agreement Lauffenburger was to supply the labor and foreman and the employer was to pay all wages.
