This is an action of trespass on the case for negligence which was tried before a justice of the superior court without a jury and resulted in a decision for the plaintiff in the sum of $2,000. Defendant excepted thereto and has brought the case here by his bill of exceptions containing that exception and eleven others to rulings of the trial justice on the admission of evidence during the trial.
