The Tax Court found deficiencies in petitioner's excess profits taxes for the years 1942 and 1943. In doing so the court affirmed the Commissioner's orders to that effect. Separate appeals were taken from the orders relating to the deficiencies for each separate year. Those appeals have been consolidated.
