The testamentary executor of the succession of Miss Augustine Aurianne placed Mrs. Clara Geiser, sister of the testatrix, on a provisional account filed by him as an ordinary creditor in the sum of $10,950. This was done by virtue of the following provision contained in the will of the deceased: "My sister, Mrs. Clara Geiser, 8126 Apricot St., holds my promissory note in the principal amount of Fifteen...
