Jurisdiction is predicated on diversity of citizenship of the parties and the amount involved. The plaintiff is a Texas corporation engaged in the insurance business. The defendants, residents of Missouri, constitute a partnership. They operate tractors with tank trailers in the State of Kansas for the purpose of transporting gasoline...
