Defendants appeal from a judgment entered after trial before the court, sitting without a jury, cancelling three written contracts for the delivery of beer by the plaintiffs from Crescent Commercial Corporation, and ordering that plaintiffs recover the sum of $3,300 and interest from the defendants.
