Plaintiff, a Japanese alien resident of the United States since 1906, appeals from a judgment dismissing his action, brought under Section 9(a) of the Trading with the Enemy Act, 50 U.S.C.A.Appendix, § 9(a), for the return of 8780 shares of the common stock of The Fuji Trading Company, an Illinois corporation.
