Defendant was charged in a county attorney's information with the crime of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, 321.281, 1950 Code of Iowa, I.C.A. It was also therein charged that the defendant had been convicted previously of a similar offense. He entered a plea of guilty and was sentenced. Defendant thereafter appealed to this court.
