This suit involves an intersectional collision which occurred at the intersection of South 20th and America Streets in the City of Baton Rouge at about 6 o'clock p. m. on June 25, 1950. Involved in the accident were the Buick automobile of Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Bourgeois, driven at the time by Mrs. Bourgeois, and a Packard Yellow Cab owned by the Baton Rouge Yellow Cab Co., Inc., driven by one of its employees, L.
