This action was brought by Albert L. Myers against Little Church By the Side of the Road, to recover damages for injuries sustained while operating an elevator. The jury returned a verdict of three thousand dollars for plaintiff. The trial court thereafter granted defendant's motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict, and also its motion for a new trial in the event of reversal of the judgment n.o.v.
