This is another case in the long series of litigation between the parties over a farm in Cass County. The litigation started with a petition in equity filed May 18, 1944 by Davis and his wife against Wilson and Rudolph wherein it was prayed that certain deeds to Wilson, the grantee therein, be decreed to have been given only as security for indebtedness owing by plaintiffs to Wilson.
