Order unanimously modified so as to deny the cross motion for the appointment of a receiver, upon condition that the $200,000 deposited as security stand to insure payment of any judgment that the respondent, Albert Gutwirth, may ultimately obtain by arbitration or otherwise, and that full and immediate access to books and records of the partnership be granted to said respondent and, as so modified, affirmed, with $20 costs and disbursements to the appellants.
