Defendant, George A. Blair, a general contractor, undertook, by written contract, to build a small residence for plaintiffs, Mr. and Mrs. Mike Seminary. The contract price was $3,000.00. There was no formal acceptance of the work, but Mr. and Mrs. Seminary moved into the building.
