Order unanimously modified by reinstating assessments for the years 1943-44, 1944-45 and 1946-47, and by fixing the assessments for the years 1947-48, 1948-49 and 1949-50 at Land $455,000, Building $1,245,000, Total $1,700,000 and, as so modified, affirmed, with $20 costs and disbursements to the respondents-appellants.
