Appellant, Cedergreen Frozen Pack Corporation, is a concern engaged in the business of preparing and selling frozen foods. It owns and operates a seven-hundred-acre farm near Quincy, Washington, which, in 1948, was partially devoted to the raising of peas. During the early part of the summer of that year, it was necessary to transport these peas to Mount Vernon, Washington, for freezing in appellant's plant there.
