This action began as a suit on a fire insurance policy. The defendant, Twin City Fire Insurance Company, a corporation, filed an answer admitting liability but asserting that the plaintiff was claiming all of the amount still due on the policy, that one Lynde J. Reid was claiming part of it and asked permission to pay the sum into court, be discharged, and that the court order the claimants to interplead for the fund.
