Judgment for $30,000 damages has gone against defendant-appellant based upon the breach, after the lapse of one year, of a contract under which plaintiff became exclusive sales agent of defendant in a large part of the United States for a term of ten years. The contract recites that defendant, in turn, "has the sole and exclusive importation of all of the products of Bensdorp, N. V....
